Starting with sales Espen was spot on and helpful to us. Walked us through the different tubs and what we could expect from each. Did not pressure us one way or the other let us make the decision that fit us. The delivery team was helpful and knowledgeable about how to turn on the unit and use it. Very helpful with where we wanted it installed also. I would recommend this team for their professionalism and customer service.

We had an emergency with a pool part today. Inside Out Home Recreation was AMAZING in helping us solve the problem. Great service from the manager Collin and from Zach & Espen (& one young lady who was also helpful). We are very appreciative of the teamwork we saw today and the quality of the customer care! We've been going to Inside Out & will continue to do so. We highly recommend this business.

Corey was a great help start to finish. As a very high risk individual I was unable to shop in person and he assisted with every step over the phone and emailed me a receipt. The delivery was faster than quoted and they recommended Stone Pools for the install (who were also awesone). Corey even came out the next day when I had a faulty filter and replaced a part for us. Additionally I was able to buy my chemicals over the phone over the phone and have someone pick them up for me as well. Customer service is next level. I will continue to recommend Inside Out to anyone in the area in the market for a pool.

We found a hot tub we wanted and the process was very easy. After delivery the electrician couldn't get it to work. I called and service came out that day and had it fixed in like 5 minutes. Good service is so key to have and they have it in spades throughout their company.

My husband and I went in to look at getting a pool and a hot tub. Cullen was amazing and answered our 1000 questions. He was not pushy and tried to help find us exactly what we wanted/needed. Josh and Mike with the service department checked on me every step of the way. The hot tub came in first. We filled it up and took a sample of water to the store to have tested. They told me exactly what and how much to add. After the pool was set up, I was missing a couple of screws for the ladder. I contacted Josh and he brought them right out to me. It wasn't their fault that the manufacturer didn't add all of the hardware. We have had the BEST customer service and we would highly recommend them to EVERYONE. They are short staffed as you can image with this economy, but that hasn't stopped them to make sure we have everything we need to enjoy our back yard. Thank you so much guys!

We bought a hot tub here. Im really happy with the post purchase support ive received from them. They were great with coordinating the delivery and making sure everything was the way that we wanted, it was really easy. After the sale the level of support weve received to make sure we know what we are doing to keep the hot tub and the water great has been fantastic, I call them quite often with questions and they are always very helpful.
